The Central Building Authority held two presentations in 2010.  The first presentation was held for all Architects and Engineers on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at the Belize Biltmore Plaza.   The presentation covered the following topics: Electrical Guidelines and Requirements, Plumbing/Health  Guidelines and Requirements, and Four-Year Building Inspection Report Requirements.

The second presentation was held for all Architects, Engineers, and other interested professionals, on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at the Coastal Zone Management Training Room.  This presentation covered the Cabinet approved National Subdivision Guidelines from the Ministry of Natural Resources.  These guidelines have been adopted by the Central Building Authority as the requirements to be met for all development in Belize City.

Participants who attended these presentations will be receiving Certificates of  Participation.

As of August 1, 2011, the Central Building Authority will no longer be accepting payments for fees at our office.  We now require that ALL payments be made by direct deposit to our Scotiabank Account No. 910-4164 for Central Building Authority.

After the deposit has been made please present your deposit slip to our office where an official receipt will be issued to you.
